Boulder County Climate Smart Loan Program

Thanks to many of you, we have made history with the first round of the ClimateSmart Loan Program, energizing the local economy and making Boulder County more energy efficient!  We funded 393 projects totaling over $6.6 million and we thank you for your support and participation in our first round of the program.

We are gearing up to launch the second round of ClimateSmart Loan Program funding

The ClimateSmart Loan Program provides a financing option for owners of residential and commercial properties in most of Boulder County for the purpose of implementing specified energy efficiency and renewable energy measures.

  • Insulation
  • Lighting
  • Daylighting
  • Windows
  • Doors
  • Skylights

MANDATORY, FREE WORKSHOPS:

Project Spotlight

First LEED Platinum House Colorado

EcoBase Provided R95 roof and R50 walls in Colorado's first LEED PLATINUM residence.  This net-zero-carbon house will generate enough energy to offset its construction. The SUPER INSULATION was achieved using 2 Pound Closed Cell spray foam.
